Same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Free ground shipping on orders over $99.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Ground — 3–7 business days
  • Expedited — 2–3 business days
  • Freight — for oversized or heavy items; delivery times vary by destination

  • Standard ground rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Free standard ground shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous US.
  • Expedited and freight rates vary by carrier, weight, and destination.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional fees and longer delivery times. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order through your account or by emailing [email protected].

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated restock date. You can wait, substitute, or cancel the item. Backordered items are not charged until they ship.

Freight Shipments

Oversized or heavy items ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside. Optional services available for an additional fee:

  • Lift gate service (locations without a loading dock)
  • Inside delivery

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package on arrival. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier's receipt before signing. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Reports after 7 days may not be eligible for a claim.
